Celebrate Cask Ale Week in the Welsh country retreat The West Arms

Mark Williamson, Co-owner of The West Arms said: “Here at The West Arms our focus is on offering our guests a well-rounded Welsh experience and this comes down to working with local suppliers. We continue to encourage our guests to support local by promoting Welsh real ale amongst our collections of drinks to our guests and allowing them to try out new varieties when they come to us.”

The inn which is winner of Best Pub in Wales with rooms serves The Big Hand’s Super Tidy – a medium bodied IPA with Soft floral citrus flavours arising from the multiple additions of Cascade Hops. Big Hand Brewing is one of North Wales’ biggest craft brewers. It has been providing guests at The West Arms with a range of its local brews for years and winner of multiple SIBA Regional awards.

Timothy Taylor’s Landlord, the ‘drinkers favourite’, is a classic pale ale with a complex citrus and hoppy aroma. Winner of both CAMRA Champion Beer of Britain and the Brewing Industry Awards Gold Medal four times.

Timothy Taylor’s Hopical Storm is our first-ever permanently available kegged ale. A 4% ABV aromatic, dry-hopped, modern pale ale. Brewed using whole leaf hops grown entirely in the UK. A pleasant fruity body topped with flavours of mandarin, mango and passion fruit.

Celebrate Cask Ale Week in Wales
